This agreement ("Agreement") is an addendum to the Personal Deposit Account Agreement and, if you have a Green$ense Credit Card, the Green$ense Credit Card Agreement and sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to the Green$ense Program ("Green$ense"). By indicating your agreement online or otherwise enrolling in Green$ense, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In this Agreement, "you" and "your" mean the person or persons who is/are participating in Green$ense, and "we" and "our" mean RBS Citizens, N.A. Charter One Bank is a division of RBS Citizens, N.A.
Green$ense provides you an opportunity to earn cash on eligible transactions, subject to certain limitations.
Any authorized signer on an eligible account may request to enroll in Green$ense for that account. You are eligible to enroll in Green$ense if you meet all of the following requirements:

To ensure that you continue to receive your e-mails from Charter One, please add mail@em.citizensbank.com to your Address Book or Safe List.
You may request to enroll your Charter One personal checking account in Green$ense at any Charter One branch, by calling 1-800-656-6561, or, if you already have a checking account and are enrolled in Online Banking, by clicking on the "Green$ense" link in the "Quick Links" section of the Online Banking home page.
Once enrolled in Green$ense, you may earn cash on eligible transactions. An "eligible transaction" is any Green$ense credit card purchase, Green$ense debit card purchase (either PIN or signature), any bill paid through Online Banking Bill Pay (both one-time or recurring payments), and any recurring payment or direct payment automatically deducted from your enrolled account. Eligible transactions DO NOT include ATM transactions, checks, deposits or other account credit memos, automatic transfers to or from your checking account to any other Charter One account (including loan and line of credit accounts), credits to debit cards, or payments originated as a check by you, and submitted to your account electronically by a merchant or third party.
You must make at least 10 eligible transactions with your Green$ense enrolled checking account in a month to receive any Green$ense earnings credit for that month. Credit Card transactions do not count towards your monthly earnings eligibility.
If you have made at least 10 eligible transactions in a month, you will receive:
Eligible transactions will be counted at the end of each calendar month, and Green$ense earnings will be credited to your enrolled checking account on the second business day of the following month. If you have less than 10 eligible transactions in a calendar month, you will not receive any earnings credit for that month on either your Green$ense Debit Card or Credit Card. Transaction counts are not carried over from month to month. Only eligible transactions occurring in the enrolled checking account qualify. Earnings begin to accrue as of the business day you accept the Green$ense Terms and Conditions agreement.
The Green$ense enrolled checking account that the cash back will be paid into will be 1) the one that you open on the same day as the Green$ense credit card, or 2) the one with the most qualifying transactions.
You will be automatically unenrolled from Green$ense and you will forfeit any earnings not credited to your checking account upon the occurrence of any of the following:
