How do I enroll in Everyday Points®?
You can enroll in Everyday Points by simply calling 1-877-242-7837 or by visiting your nearest branch. All you need is a checking account with a Charter One Debit Card or apply for a Charter One Everyday Points Credit Card.
Is there an annual fee?
Yes, there is a $25 annual program fee. Please see program terms and conditions for details. You will not be charged a fee if you only have a Charter One Credit Card or Business Card in the program.
How do I earn Everyday Points?
- 1 point per $1 for debit card transactions when you sign the receipt or press "credit".
- 1 point per $2 for debit card transactions when using your PIN.
- Up to 3 points per $1 for personal credit card transactions. Learn more
- 2 points per $1 for business credit card transactions.
- Earn bonus points after your first use of the Credit Card.
- 20 points for each online bill payment made via our Online Banking service.
- Up to 300 points per month for maintaining bank accounts at Charter One. Learn more
How will I earn rewards points if I have a joint checking or credit card account with more than one
card linked to it?
If two or more debit or credit cards are linked to the same account, the points accumulated are added
together and the total is applied to your account.
How long will it take for earned points to be reflected in the rewards points balance?
Earned points will be reflected the next business day after the transaction posts to your account. Please note that refunds will be deducted from your available Everyday Points balance.
How can I view my Everyday Points balance?
Points will appear on your monthly checking account and/or credit card statement. You may also check your up-to-the minute point balance online at http://www.charteroneeverydaypoints.com or by calling 1-877-242-7837.
Who can redeem Everyday Points?
Any signer on the primary checking account or authorized user on a credit card account can redeem Everyday Points.
What can I do with my points?
You can redeem your points for name brand merchandise, airline tickets, gift cards for your favorite restaurants and retailers, deposits into bank products such as savings or money market account, and more. How do I redeem Everyday Points?
You can redeem Everyday Points accumulated in your account by registering and logging on to http://www.charteroneeverydaypoints.com or by calling 1-877-242-7837.
How can I combine points from savings and money market accounts with points earned on my Everyday Points Debit Card?
You’ll need to make sure that all eligible accounts are linked to the checking account with a debit card that they’re enrolling in Everyday Points. Once those accounts are linked, all of the points are combined automatically.
